Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Really nice, very well made, has lots of storage, it is however, a little larger than I expected, which means instead of carrying in my handbag for everyday use, I will keep it and use it as a clutch purse for going out/special occasions etc.
